What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Service Technician – Apprentice, you will support our technical team with tasks such as:
- Assisting Senior Technicians with maintenance and servicing of customer printing devices
- Performing preventative maintenance checks
- Delivering and installing consumables and parts
- Completing delivery documentation
- Troubleshooting and identifying first-level technical issues
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Providing internal technical support when required
What You Need to Apply
You MUST have:
- NC1, NC2 or a Technical Certificate in IT or Electro-Technology (Electronics/Electrical)
- Grade 10 and Grade 12 certificates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide professional technical support to customers
- Confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines and service needs
