Navin Raju, a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success, has joined the Remington Group. With experience at the helm of companies like CPL Group, Hardware Haus, and Heli Niugini, Raju brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to his new role. Raju's strong academic background, including an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Business Management from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, equips him with the skills needed to navigate complex business environments. As CEO, Raju is committed to building upon Remington Group's legacy of excellence and innovation. He is passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, developing local talent, and ensuring the company remains a leader in Papua New Guinea. Under Raju's leadership, Remington Group is poised for continued growth and prosperity.

Madeline Orim, is a seasoned HR professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Papua New Guinea. With extensive experience across diverse industries, she excels in overseeing HR operations and driving strategic initiatives. Madeline's expertise includes employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management. She holds a Membership Certificate with the PNG Human Resource Institute and a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. Her previous roles at CPL Group of Companies, Dentons PNG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers PNG showcase her proficiency in managing HR functions and fostering organizational development. With a proven track record, Madeline is an integral member of our top team, ensuring the successful execution of vital HR initiatives.

Sanjay brings 15 years wealth of experience in Finance and Accounting. His extensive experience of working as a Registered Accountant and in various management levels in companies dotted across the Pacific has led to implementing the Group’s accounting and Internal Audit. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Financial Management and Economics and a member of CPA Australia, CPA PNG and Fiji Institute of Accountants. His invaluable contribution to mitigating risk at all levels, forming strategy, business plans, and budgets in his capacity in making financial decisions for the Company.

A techie by heart, Asanka believes that IT is a key enabler in unlocking business opportunities delivering bottom-line impact for all Business Units within the Group. His passion has enabled him to implement new and innovative solutions for the company while managing a highly secured and reliable IT operation with the help of a dynamic team of trained specialists. When he joined the Group in 2019, his goal was to create and drive key service delivery mechanisms fitting to the Groups ICT and Digital space which he continues to manage throughout the Groups Business Units. He holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science (MSc) from Stafford University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in IT from Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology. He is a Professional member of British Computer Society (BCS), Professional Member of Australian Computer Society (ACS), Member of Sri Lanka Computer Society (MCSSL) and the Fellow member of Papua New Guinea Computer Society (PNGCS). He is also a Charted IT Professional (CITP) of British Computer Society, United Kingdom and is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Prior to his appointment with Remington, Asanka has worked in the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka, and Papua New Guinea as a senior IT Professional.

Esther manages the overall Marketing aspect of The Remington Group and its business units. A proactive senior manager, she has over ten years of management experience across the media and entertainment industry. Esther holds a Bachelor of Management Degree specialising in Marketing and Digital Business from the University of Waikato. Her proficiency in project management, administrative functions, marketing strategies and overseeing key improvements in business development have seen the marketing department thrive under her leadership.

Collen joined Remington in 2005 and has held roles as the Attaché Support/Consultant, Administration Manager, Finance & Administration Manager, Manager Operations & Administration at our Lae Distribution Centre and Group Logistics Manager. She holds an Associate Diploma in Accounting from the International Training Institute and is an Accounting Technician with CPA. Colleen’s diligence and commitment to the Group have seen her contribute to the growth of the Business. As the Group Manager-Customer Service, she now leads and develops the customer service team capable of delivering high-quality service and performance to all client requirements.

Sharon is an experienced Facilities Manager with over two decades of expertise in operations and administration. Currently serving as Group Facilities Manager, at Remington Group, she leads the management of assets and resources to support the company's operations. Since joining in 2022, she has driven improvements in resource efficiency and risk management. Prior to Remington Group, Sharon held key roles at the PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management, where she managed daily operations, security, and administration. Sharon holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Torrens University and a Bachelor's in Commerce and Management from Lincoln University.
