The Remington Group has welcomed five new young professionals into its 2026 intake, comprising two Graduate Development Program (GDP) trainees and three Junior Service Technician apprentices, following a competitive nationwide selection process.
From applicants across Papua New Guinea’s four regions, 19 GDP candidates and 7 apprenticeship candidates were shortlisted, with five selected to join the programs.
The 2026 intake includes:
- Michelle Bilson – Junior Service Technician – Apprentice (Remington Technology)
- Nadia Kila – Graduate Trainee (Marketing)
- William Marjen – Junior Service Technician – Apprentice (FX Business Centre)
- Sinclair Sabadi – Graduate Trainee (IT)
- Antonette Bapi – Junior Service Technician – Apprentice (Remington Technology)
The one-year Graduate Development Program provides structured training, mentoring, and preparing participants for long-term career opportunities within the Group.
The four-year Apprenticeship Program, delivered in partnership with the National Apprenticeship and Trade Testing Board (NATTB), combines formal trade certification with hands-on experience to build nationally recognised technical skills.
Chief Executive Officer Justin Kieseker said investing in young Papua New Guineans remains central to the Remington Group’s long-term strategy.
