Remington Group and DBTI Extend Long-Standing Partnership Through MOU Signing

The Remington Group and the Don Bosco Technological Institute (DBTI) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), reaffirming their long-standing relationship. This agreement formalizes an ongoing partnership dedicated to providing students with high-quality on-the-job training and upskilling opportunities for the staff.

The signing ceremony was attended by DBTI President Fr. Ariel Macatangay, SDB, Remington Group CEO Mr. Justin Kieseker, and key representatives from both organizations.

The collaborative framework focuses on two primary strategic areas:

  • In-Plant / On-the-Job Training (OJT): Remington will serve as a host for DBTI students, offering workplace-based training that aligns to the institute’s academic calendar with the specifics of technical trades that are available. This provides students with essential hands-on experience within Remington’s operational environment.
  • Staff Training and Skills Development: DBTI will provide tailored professional development programs for Remington employees. These training sessions will be customized to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring staff remain at the forefront of industry standards.

By bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice, the Remington Group and DBTI continue to foster a more skilled and capable workforce for the future.
