Meet the 2025 Graduate & Apprenticeship Program Awardees!

Following a highly competitive selection process, we are excited to introduce the awardees of our 2025 Graduate Development and Apprenticeship Program. These outstanding individuals were chosen from a pool of hundreds of applicants, showcasing exceptional talent, passion, and dedication to personal and professional growth.

What sets our programs apart? Every graduate and apprentice are guaranteed a permanent placement, mentored by industry professionals, and immersed in a hands-on learning experience. This year’s intake was particularly competitive, and we are delighted to witness the high calibre and enthusiasm from this year’s applicants.

2025 Program Highlights:

  • Graduate Development Program: 99 applications, 6 hired.
  • Apprenticeship Program: 179 applications, 5 hired.
  • Diverse & Talented: Candidates from various disciplines, eager to learn and grow.
  • Career-Ready: Every participant secures a permanent role upon program completion.

  • Apprenticeship Program: Pauline Morro (RT Service), Vincent Pipi (RT Service), Rahab Youwalele (FX Service), Junior Mano (FX Service), Lorraine Yarahombo (BP Production).

This morning, the awardees were welcomed by our CEO, Navin Raju, alongside the HR team. Reflecting on the importance of the programs, Mr. Raju stated:

These talented individuals have the chance to hone their skills, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our organization. Remington Group is dedicated to fostering innovation and nurturing the next generation of professionals, and we eagerly anticipate their journey with us.” Our Graduate Development Program (GDP) participants will rotate across different departments within the organization, gaining exposure to various business functions and developing a well-rounded skill set preparing them for long-term success. While our Apprenticeship Program awardees will receive hands-on training from some of the most skilled technicians in the country.  This year’s cohort is set to gain hands-on experience, industry insights, and mentorship.
