General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a learning and development strategy that aligns with the
organization’s goals and objectives. - Identify training needs and design and deliver learning programs that meet
those needs, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical skills
training. - Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, facilitation, and
evaluation. - Lead the learning & development team under the Human Resources Department
to partner with HR business partners and line managers to ensure that training
programs align with individual and team development plans. - Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver relevant and
high-quality training programs. - Evaluate the eectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for
improvement.
General Requirements
- Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager or a similar role, with a strong
understanding of learning and development best practices. - Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs,
including e-learning and other digital solutions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and
work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Qualified Certication as a Trainer or L&D qualication.
