We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing and managing corporate clients. The incumbent is to build customer relationships and focusing on acquiring new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new corporate sales opportunities for ISP products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate ISP solutions.
- Attend to client meetings, conduct presentations and product demonstration
- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISP products, services, and industry trends.
- Educate clients on new technologies and product features.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Achieve quarterly sales targets
Key requirements, qualifications and skills for the role:
- A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in telecommunications or ISP
- Good understanding of ISP products (Internet)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
