In May 2022, Dama joined the Remington Apprenticeship Program as a Printing Machinist Apprentice with BizPrint’s Production Department.
Over four years, he gained valuable hands on experience, technical skills and practical knowledge in production printing, supported by experienced team members.
Through commitment, resilience and a willingness to learn, Dama successfully completed his apprenticeship in 2026, marking an important milestone in his professional career.
His journey reflects the value of practical training and skills development, while highlighting Remington Group and BizPrint’s commitment to developing local talent and creating opportunities for Papua New Guineans.
