Remington Group has kicked off its wellness activities for the year with the launch of its first-ever ‘Biggest Loser’ Fitness Challenge, aimed at promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle among its employees.
The voluntary three-month challenge encourages staff to take proactive steps toward their health and wellness. Participants have already completed their initial medical assessments and weigh-ins on Monday, 31st March, and have received personalised fitness and nutrition guidance from fitness expert Rachael Rabbie owner of Nagunan Fitness. The initiative acknowledges the busy schedules of employees and aims to provide them with structured support to maintain their health and well-being.
“The health and well-being of our employees are vital. A healthy body and mind are essential for productivity and performance at work and at home, forming a strong foundation for achieving goals and excelling in tasks,” said Navin Raju, CEO of Remington Group. “This fitness challenge is just one of the many wellness programs we are introducing this year to help our team develop healthier habits, improve their well-being, and ultimately enhance their quality of life both at work and at home.”
“The challenge is open to all employees, with participation being entirely voluntary. Madeline Orim, Remington Group’s General Manager HR, emphasised the broader vision behind the initiative, stating, “Our goal is to foster a workplace culture where employees are aware of their health status and actively make positive lifestyle choices. Through structured programs like ‘The Biggest Loser,’ we aim to support our team members on their journey to better health.”
As part of the Remington Group Wellness Program, additional health and fitness activities will be introduced throughout the year to encourage employees to remain committed to their well-being.
