About the Program:

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is an intensive, one -year journey designed to fast track your career in technology and business.  We offer a dynamic, supportive environment where you’ll gain hands on experience, develop a diverse skill set, and work on impactful projects.

Eligible Criteria:

  • Must be in your final year of study with a GPA of 3.0 or equivalent and above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate or advanced Excel functionality
  • Related professional experience (casual/internship) or a demonstrated leadership role in an extra-curricular activity would be an advantage
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a proactive team player and highly flexible to take on additional responsibilities, where required
  • Must be a problem solver with proven analytical skills
  • Demonstrates confidence and resilience when managing new challenges and constructive feedback.
