Francis Yu is the National Sales Manager for Remington Technology and is responsible for overseeing sales, service, and supplies operations across Papua New Guinea. He previously served as Branch Manager at the Lae office from 2022 to 2023.

With over 27 years of experience, Francis is a trained specialist in Konica Minolta products and managed print services, with strong expertise across technical, sales, and marketing roles.

He focuses on delivering tailored print solutions that reduce total cost of ownership, streamline operations, and generate long-term savings for clients. Francis holds an Associate Diploma in Engineering Electronics and is known for his industry expertise and commitment to optimising print environments.

A graduate with an Associate Diploma in Engineering electronics and electronic systems. Andrew has 22 years of experience and is a trained specialist for a variety of leading Office equipment Brands (Pitney Bowes, Ricoh, Cannon, Kwikcash
(Bank-Tech) ATMs, Fuji Xerox PC office equipment, and Konica copiers/printers and production press equipment.

Nicole Moka is the Call Centre Manager at Remington Technology, responsible for sales and supply operations of all consumable products. She leads her team with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality client support. Nicole’s leadership drives team performance, customer satisfaction, and strengthens Remington’s reputation for reliability and service excellence.
